- MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 4-5 years experience in sales of Villas, Apartments.
- Should have good communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi.
- Experience from Real estate, insurance, telecom, telecalling industry will be preferred.
- BE / B. Tech./ M. Tech. (Civil) with over 10+ years of experience in execution of High-rise Residential apartments / Gated community Villa projects.
- Should be capable of heading the project of more than 10Lac.Sft, handling site in charge’s, civil engineers, Contractors, Scheduling, Q.A & Q.C and coordinating with various departments.
- Leadership qualities essential,
- well versed with English, Telugu and Hindi languages.
BE / B. Tech (Civil) with over 3+ years of experience in High-rise apartments, Gated Villa projects.
Capable of handling civil works from markings, footings to Brickwork and finishing, MEP knowledge, Should handle Site workers, Contractors.
Should be well versed with Telugu , English and Hindi languages.

BE / B. Tech (Civil) with 6+ years of experience in High-rise apartments, Gated Villa projects( 100+ villa projects).
Capable of heading project, handling Footings to Brickwork and finishing, MEP essential, handle Site engineers, Contractors.
knowledge in CAD drawings, soil tests, project costs, calculating labor, material, and related costs.
Capable of Preparing engineering documents, construction specifications with adherence to safety standards.
Leadership qualities essential, well versed in English, Telugu and Hindi languages.
